There is another thread on the London exhibition - but, in short, available merchandise includes:

Zip-up hoodies in black with either a purple or gold symbol on them; (£45)
.
T-shirts - v-neck purple ones with long sleeves; white round necks with purple sleeves and P's face; short-sleeved T-shirts in black; (approx £30)
.
Beanies - in glittery purple or black, or solid black;
.
Purple ping pong balls; yellow tamboraccas; guitar picks;
.
Gold or silver coated symbol necklaces; (pretty cheap-looking sad )
.
Keyrings - large pewter symbol / black rectangular ones with the exhibition details on them;
.
3 books: the fashion; the guitars; inside Paisley park (£35 each);
.
A selection of around 5 posters;
.
Exhibition programme (£15);
.
Replica guitars (couple of grand).
.
The've run out of mugs, scarves, and pens.
.
If your sister goes VIP, you get the Steve Parke book for free (£20).
.
I was told by an employee that they plan on creating a Prince exhibition online store in the next few weeks and hope to have more stock by then.

To my knowledge, they don't have an exhibition programme - if they had, I would have definitely bought one when I was there last week! Good to hear that they are looking to creating an online store; this should have been set up from the start.

They have one...I bought it yesterday. Maybe it's a new thing?
