There certainly are fans who support this petition. Even though none of us were a friend or intimate of Prince, I think we understand that certain measures need to be taken to preserve what he left behind. Paisley Park was a functioning work space while Prince was alive; today, it is a tourist attraction. The work product had to be removed to a safer space for upgrading and future distribution of songs, videos, etc. This was a smart and necessary move IMO.

SNJ stands for Sharon, Norriane and Johh. These people are Prince's older half siblings. The have incorporated a business called SNJ inc.

Exactly, it makes more sense to move the music to a restoration facility as I suspect Iron Mountain is not going to move the restoration equiptment to Paisley.

I also believe it could be for insurance purposes. You now have what use to be a private space that is now a public place. An assest that can be used to generate income cannot be stored their it is almost asking for something to get stolen or damaged.

I honestly cannot figure out why SNJ or fans think that Iron Mountain is going to steal the music.

You mean like that lady organizing protest to force the ME to make his autopsy public, or out a WB picketing and chanting about his murder? Those fans?
