Steve Parke : Gallery signing event, Q&A and afterparty in London! 9th November

Hey all!

Happy to announce that Steve Parke will be doing a signing event, Q&A session, and afterparty at Proud Gallery on Thursday 9th November at Proud Galleries in London!

Click here to get tickets, they are limited (around 100 I believe) so make sure you get in quick! It's going to be an awesome event!

Drinks will be provided (within reason!) at the afterparty and I'll be DJing lots of Purple tunes, so hope to see you all there!

I've tripled checked all my tickets for transport from Glasgow, and I'll be there!

Well..unless I miss the train or get waylaid in London, but I'm remaining hopeful. smile

I'm very excited...the exhibition at three, then the signing with Steve later on and some tunes from Militant no doubt. I hope to meet some familiar faces from the parties back in 2006 in Manchester and London, and perhaps some from the Edinburgh parties more recently.

It's all bittersweet of course, I rather wish it wasn't happening but I'll take what I can in these strange times.

If no-one else does then I might write something of my experience in the big city tomorrow. However, for now I'm off for a shower, then double check everything before heading to bed for the big day of travel and adventure before me tomorrow. Ciao purple peeps!

Sorry for the delay in replying, it took me a while to acclimatise back to reality...yes, I most certainly did enjoy myself! It was nice to make your acquaintance in person after watching your videos, and I appreciated your efforts in choosing some damn good music for us to bop along to as we waited in line for Steve.

And I have to say, a huge round of applause to him, as he stayed on his feet for everyone who wanted to get their book signed and he took a genuine interest in what was going on. He's someone who deserves every success and I hope his post-Prince life is just as rewarding as before.

It was a long trek down from Glasgow, but worth it in the end for a whirlwind of a day that will live long in my memory!
