Anyone knows what happened to Brother Jules' remix project?

Not that I found the few tracks we got very exciting, but I'm curious.

.

Reportedly Steve Park said at the time that the project was absolutely legit, and even though the recent Ian Boxill debacle showed that some people aren't afraid of nothing, it's hard to believe Jules would have attempted any such project without legal backup: it would have been legal suicide.

.

The site and social network pages are still online and still claim the project will be released, but nothing's happened in more than a year.

.

Please let's not turn this into a speculation thread or a Jules-bashing thread. I just wished to know if anyone knows anything.

.

Thx wink

He sold it in his store on Lake St. I know everybody on here (almost) has it. General opinion is "It sucks". They played it when the lights went down at Hit N Run 2000 in St. Louis, but not at any of the other 2000 shows I was at. Oh & they played it at Paisley Parties a lot. It's not a remix it's just a mix cd.

Not that CD, he is talking about the Love Experience / Remix Experience that Brother Jules was going to put out for sale.

I see that this could have been an issue with the Estate however. Giving it out for free or just on mixcloud though would have been cute.

I have the first part of the mix and it is pretty good.
