The Associated Press is also reporting on the Minnesota Court of Appeals upholding Judge Eide's decision to reject the claims of five people who claimed to be P's heirs.

Comerica filed a letter with the Court disputing most of the claims made by Tidal in their letter to Judge Eide.

They are duking it out in letters to the Court.

lol

Also, Comerica has settled the claim made by Barron Event Planning.

Yeah, I wonder how much that cost the Estate, the settlement I mean.

Hey, if Prince did have an equity in Tidal, wouldn't that share now go to the Estate?

It will next spring a year has to go by after the heirs have been declared. One good thing is that all of the claims in recent months have been nuts. He did not have a rack of kids or disgruntled women making claims.

Welp, I've had my chuckle for today.

"
I am requesting a low $1,000,000. I would like ten checks divided into $100,000 mailed to me by certified mail with signature confirmation to my home address on file. I would like this check by September 30, 2017. Plus, 30 days later I would like $100, 000 check each month until I have notified the presiding judge of this case a different amount each month or any other lump sum amount. I am the legal heir of the late Prince Rogers Nelson and the late Prince Rogers Nelson wanted me to be comfortable. I am requesting that you honor this request or send me an order denying this request. My court fee has been paid, so an order can be drafted. For my privacy and protection, this requestor would like this notice to be filed under seal and not open to the general public."

I wish that there was a way to Judge Eide to rule her claims as frivolous. She clearly has some screws loose in her brain. She may also want access to all of the redacted information.

What I love is how she demanded this letter be filed under seal. lol Do you think she got the glaring hint?

I want to hear both sides of the story before I cast blame.

Attorney Wheaton has been sanctioned by Judge Eide.

Wheaton is trying to blame Bruntjen for the sanctions.

First, I question an attorney of 30 years hiring an attorney as local counsel based upon an "internet" search. We have networking available to locate reputable attorneys to be co-counsel or local counsel on a case.

If Wheaton had to admonish Bruntjen of "several occasions" and several interested parties insisted he terminate Bruntjen why didnt he do so?

If you recall when Wheaton represented Alfred he was aligned with the older sibs, now he is aligned with the younger sibs.

Eventually Wheaton was terminated by Alfred and Bruntjen took over as counsel for Alfred.

If Judge Eide believes Bruntjen has been behaving unethically he has a duty to report him to the

State Bar of Minnesota.

I've never heard the brother did so.

I remember reading something about Al's brother having a management contract with Lonnie and apparently Al's brother and his bootleg attorney made some confidential information public which I remember Lonnie getting pissed about and from reading Mr.Wheaton's letter the judge is either pissed at him or Mr. Wheaton is just trying to throw the blame on Al's brother lawyer. This is just me summarizing I cannot pay to much attention to Lonnie and his antics as it is all going to come out sooner or later. I cannot understand why Alfred or his brother need a mgnt co tract unless Lonnie was just trying to pay Alfred to get him to back him as the PA. Just like he tried to pay off Tyka with the 10 million dollar risk free loan.
Also remember it was Alfred's brothers and sisters by his dad who tried to be heirs an idea they said that got from Alfred!
