This is the one book that I´m really looking forward to buying. I loved Duane´s articles in Uptown magazine and his contributions here on the org. He had already answered an orgnote regarding the book but it´s been a long time and I almost forgot about this book.

Thanks for the reminder Bart.

Yeah, you're totally qualified to make this statement because you were there and you know better. Jeez.

Yep, more interested now. Good idea to release an excerpt. If the rest is like this, we can expect a rigorous and well-researched insight into a lot of the songs.

I thought Bobby Z and the Dr. said they felt The Beatles inspired ATWIAD, did they not say this? Stiil, a great read.

This isn't necessarily contradictory. Just what they said.

This doesn't change my mind about buying it at all. I'm just more excited and want to have it day one now, as opposed to on release day. cool

.

Duane, any option to get a pre-release version?

Thanks for clearing everything up. Your insider knowledge must now be considered the final word on the matter.

Duane Tudahl has been updating his book with new information right down to the finish line (publishing date). You can bet it will be as comprehensive and well-researched as he can make it.
