August 3, 1983 Prince & the Revolution

Man...

I'm hooked. I love this so far. I'd rather have it on my own computer or on CD. So, I'm going to stop watching it and hope that the Estate releases it sooner, rather than later.

Let's Go Crazy sounds good, as it sounds, it was the basic foundation for the album version but it doesn't have the electrifying guitar as the 1984 studio version; his solo is more muddy and in the lower notes. When You Were Mine sounds cool in his deep range voice; it just sort of ends, too, no fadeout, which is cool.

Computer Blue is interesting. I would like to have this in my personal collection. I'm cutting off the video now.

So why not then use one of the myriad of free online conversion sites that are out there and convert that video to whatever format your heart desires? biggrin

I'm trying to be a "good guy" and get it the legal way, although I may have to cop to more OPPORTUNISTIC/CRIMINAL means...like...SATAN! Cue the Church Lady!

The version of When You Were Mine during this show is my all time favorite version of that song. I love how raw it sounds, and I like the lyric change "I´ll kick his ass baby, you know I ain´t too yella."

Love the guitar work and the passion.

And of course that version of Electric Intercourse and A Case of You.

Great concert.

" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"
