PRINCE ALTER EGO -DC COMICS

Not a Comic fan ..but still regret the day not buying the DC Comic Prince the Alter Ego. Its amazing and overlooked that he was the subject in a comic. Not heard any stories or read how this came about.

written by Dwayne McDuffie, art by Denys Cowan, and a cover by Brian Bolland!

When the rock star formerly (and once again) known as Prince was just starting out in music, he had a musical comrade, who was nearly a brother in many ways. They were just two kids jamming in an endless quest to unlock the secret power of music.
But whereas Prince discovered the power to move an audience's heart, his friend, known as Gemini, discovered how to push an audience beyond the edge of reason.
Now Gemini has stolen Prince's band and threatens to engulf the city in chaos. Can Prince stop Gemini's destructive rampage before it is too late?

It's bad but not terrible.

Still better than Graffiti Bridge.

I read 3 Chains of Gold and it's much better than Alter Ego.

I have this one. Didnt read the story - seems very silly - but Denis Cowan and Kent Williams are great

.

There is another comic book about Prince too. Forgot the name, but it´s also from the 91 era

The cover is easily the best part.
