O wow ok cool. I wonder if we could somehow get in touch w/ Robin? I tried figuring it out who she was based on the fact that she used to work at Profile and possibly Verve Records (she said she was working for Tommy LiPuma in the late 90s) but no luck. It would be really cool if she did an anonymous Q+A here - kind of like the Asking Me Anythings on Reddit.

I think "Robin" probably wants to stay anonymous and just live her life. She wrote her story down to process and remember things but what's past is past.

Truee. But she did go out of her way to bring this back out into the open. I mean. It couldve just stayed private btwn her friends

Sometimes you just want to write down things to revisit and gain clarity and sometimes you might want to share things that you feel are okay to be shared with his fans. At least that was my reason for beginning to write things down and share. In her story you can perfectly see the dynamics and her own development from fan hysteria and admiration for Prince to waking up and realizing what his world was really like. I also had such a realization at some point and just wanted to leave it all behind. I think if she liked to come forward and talk more she would've done so.
