Purple Rain 30th Anniversary??

I don't know if this has been discussed before but does anybody know if this is official or not?

The guy in the video seems to beleive it is.

Granted, it was due to be a 30th anniversary release, but what we got last week is that CD. 3 years later. There was never a 2nd and 3rd CD, so that guy's list is already bullshit.

The label is Planet Records. The description shows "partially unofficial". Bootleg.
