No because the information the divorce lawyers gave to Bremer fell under attorney/client privilege which means its work product between the attorney and the client (like a secret).

If M2 or her attorneys knew the information his divorce lawyers had then it would not fall under attorney/client privilege because it was no longer a "secret" between Ps attorneys and him.

It appears to be because the documents in California show the Corp as being a business for product distribution. It does not appear to be set up as a non profit.

We have never been privy to those documents.

What the Judge ordered to be sealed recently will be the investigation of the 3rd Special Administrator who will have a limited role in the Estate.
