The 2000s were a very mixed bag. Some of the very best and very worst music of his career comes from this era. In my opinion, its peaks, The Rainbow Children (especially The Rainbow Children), One Nite Alone, Lotusflower, stand up as some of the strongest and most singular works he ever made.
