Yes - they tend to lump artists with the same name together. It can be frustrating.

This is attention-getting behavior from them. They know it's up. They HAVE to. I have friends who have contacted them and it remains up. Laura, plz try them if you can and I will try them too.

Well technically if the group is named Prince they're supposed to be there. I don't think they'll do anything because it falls within their policy. I'm not sure whether or not it appeared right on his birthday, but it was damned close to it. Which is enough to get fans suspcious enough to put pressure to change regardless of their policy. But it'll take a massive fan effort and not seeing that desire anywhere.

I think we have to realize that people are putting up their music on streaming services independent of record lables so we are going to see crazy crap that would have never made it past a A/R departement at a major record.

One, that's not the only person on Tidal with "Prince" in their name and yet they're stuff isn't mixed up in Prince's stuff. Two, generally in show bizness artist with the same name usually do something to their name to distinguish themselves from one another something I think to do with being able to collect their royalties. Three, this is the only work by this person?

It was myself and I MJcarousal, I believe who told y'all before that Mr. Tidal is shady as hell but some are still under the delusion that he was P's bff. If he was then why is it that J NEVER issued any kind of statement on P's passing? The only thing he did was boast on stage about having those masters in his hands because he thought he had it made, but he was wrong.

I didn't see him or hear his name mentioned at any of the several memorials that were held either.

And don't get me started on that end run he tried to make around the estate with the help of Pimp Hubby.

If he and J were such tight buddies then why did George Lopez literally have to put up the $$ for the cremation and wake that was held??? Why not one of his closest business associates? Someone that Prince benefitted greatly just by lending his name to Tidal.


One of the last messages that Prince left us was that image of himself with his third eye open.....everything doesn't need to be spelled out for people who heed that message.

Perhaps Tidal would be quicker to take this down if the Estate hadn't shafted them and blatantly lied in their paperwork.
