Wow. to accuse Prince of murdering his baby is on another level of fucked-up. I'm sure that really devastated and angered him. at the same time ... some of the things those nannies said seemed ridiculous back then but turned out to be true. Like Prince tripping unneccessarily about Mayte's medical help, his vampiric hours and April 21 overdose. Not saying they're right about this...obviously not, what kind of monster would harm their own flesh and blood...but it's weird that they dropped a bunch of facts and stories that really did seem to be Prince's doing, but then fucked it up by making an allegation like that..

Maybe eye do, just not like eye did before pimp2

Well that had signed a non-disclosure agreement so they had no business saying anything at all and they added that allegation to make money so they did not say things out of concern for Mayte or Prince.

As far as his vampiric hours is this a crime. I think it is obvious he had bad insommia or some other sleep disorder and Mayte did finally get around to saying he did have migraine headaches that made him space out and he did take a lot of aspirian and was known as a wine drinker. Not that crazy or suspicios that got sick from that combonation.

Kind of tired of him being made out to be this monster when he was going thru some terrible times back then and appears to have some health issues as well.

It's true that they had no business talking and after what they alleged P did to his son I ain't gonna bother defending them. They're heartless people for subjecting P and Mayte to that shortly after they lost their loved child.

His vampiric hours are not a crime but it's the way they described his daily life that inclined me to believe their single account of it. It's consistent with what many have said about Prince over the years not sleeping regularly. FYI I don't judge P for insomnia, just a note that their description of that part of his life seemed spot on.

If he was a wine drinker and pill popper (for hip pains, of course), I would think he might have more accidental overdoses. Maybe when he steered away from alcohol in the early 2000s is when he started taking painkillers (I recall the first instance of P & painkillers was from this time). Who knows. I'm sure Prince gave up his secret love of the juice when he got older.

Don't worry laurarichardson, Prince ain't no monster. He was definitely going through terrible times and the signs of possible physical problems (extreme thinness even for him, accounts of alcohol and pills, the unverified 'Hepatitis C' story you shared a few days back). I think P was a brave man throughout his whole life, due to not having anyone to lean on in his youth. That's why it's extra sad to me that he overcame neglectful parents and a lonely, probably traumatic childhood, became one of the biggest stars in the world, bounced back from his 90s period with the contract issues, death of son, two divorces, joined a very straight (meaning strict) religion and seemed to be on the right path to recovery before his accidental fatal dose.

I know but life is that sometimes. You beat all the odds and something gets you in the end but he worked hard to better himself and overcome and I hope that is what he remembered for.

I have an FBI file as I have been in the military and have had a high-level clearance and have had had several FBI background checks.

This is the top sheet of the FOIA request which explains why certain items have been blacked out.

.
The interesting thing about his FBI file is that these were complaints FROM him (extortion, threats).
.
They were not investigating him, unlike most other celebs.
.
P kept the drama onstage.
.
Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

If you look in the Carver County court files he had traffic ticket for speeding ten years ago. He did not have run ins with the law. This is tabloid butt holes trying to dig up dirt on him and coming up empty handed.

is there any mention of the megaphone incident? I have maintained that it was never documented (and yes I KNOW the mug shot it fake as it is from one of the Prince album photoshoots!)

He was taken to the local jail and let go. I think the FBI was not contacted.

This is interesting because I was just reading this one a few minutes ago by the star tribune www.startribune.com/princ.../424071063 It shows five pages of it. Interesting...

So Prince did not contact authorities when he received the death threats in 2014?

Can someone explain why the Star Tribune thinks it's in the public interest to know the details of Prince's FBI file? I'm sorry but how about they spend their time focusing on real news not prying into the private life of a celebrity.

eek that's the most interesting detail.

The world's problems like climate change can only be solved through strategic long-term thinking, not expediency. In other words all the govts. need sacking!

Fun Fact: Since we had the god-awful "Hope & Change" president, the Feds has been gathering and storing personal data on EVERBODY! So of course they would have some data on Prince, just like they do on everybody else in this thread. Gotta give props to Edward Snowden, or else this truth would had never been revealed.
