What difference does it make? Whoever owns it has a right to sell it if they wish.

I wondered that too!

But damn, all the way over there by the tennic courts seems pretty out of the way...unless he was roller skating or playing basketball on the tennis court or something.

And I was looking for where the "veggie garden" could've been, too.
