It sounds like he may have some fresh ideas. I hope he can push WB to move faster on getting the records out as deluxe additions and vault material. They really need to put a few things out every year before people start forgetting about the music.

I say thank god Prince signed the licensing deal with them because we are going to get the PR remaster and if he had not signed that deal nothing would be coming out for years.

With the estate owning the master tapes and WB having the license to the WB albums and vault I think Prince made good provisons for his music. The soundtracks are actually WB for eternity.

Carlin Q tried to release a hail Mary, but Judge Eide seems to have struck him down so to speak.

Jeffers asked for a subpoena in Florida, but the Judge informed her he does not have jurisdiction.

It appears his attorney Crooked Cousins didnt tell him (nor follow through)

that the Judge approved a second DNA test.

Sucks to be him. He had 2 attorneys. He will have to prove that his attorneys did not tell him.

I am still dumbfounded about the Jeffers claim and the Judge allowing it. It will be interesting (but probably not shocking) to see it play out. I am sure there is no evidence to support the slayer rule.

When all the frivolous claim and appeals are thrown out/done, we still have the Bremer fiasco for entertainment (trying to be silly).

How can you contest or break a contract that may have given WB licensing rights forever for some of the albums if not all. Prince knew what he was doing at least as far as this deal was concerned.

The Judge denied that crooked Cousins claims that Prince owed him money. He missed the grace period to file and cannot file again.

Could be the company that provided food for the tour or some catered event. Remember the money in this charity was his money. I know their was a mention of Comerica looking at loans that were made by the charity and remember he closed it down right when divorce #2 came.

Please remember Prince signed the deal with WB so it is what he wanted. It may be in the end the only thing he wanted that stands if WB has licensing forever on the soundtracks. He gets to have his way on at least one thing.

The list is incomplete and incorrect. It's from the 2007 tax retrun and the Peccole Ranch lakes Kingdom hall fund was given 800,000, not 7K.
