Had a strange thing going on last week. We are thinking about buying a house and I was getting into all those mortgages, getting all nervous about that. Because like we say in Holland: "it's not a half bread you're buying." Well, technically you only need a player, not a recorder. HA! But this did come out on DVD.

I was so obsessed with this VHS when it came out. I had just moved to a place & had very little. This VHS was one of the only things I had to watch. I was a hair stylist at the time, and would often hot iron curl my hair (we all did), and tie a silk handkerchief around my head a la "Gett Off". I was in a Paul Mitchell hair show, and did my own version of a typhoon type style on my model (sans the handkerchief).

Having recently seen the "Daddy Pop" performance that was probably meant to be in it (the Levi interview was just before the performance), it makes me wish they had expanded the performances in it even more.

Thanks for sharing Latin. I hadn't seen this classic in a long time. I think it is one of the best Prince videos in terms of enhancing the song.
