I wish I could say the same. If there is a God, Prince would still b alive. we all die at different times for different reasons. But I'd much rather he be alive 2day than having him leave us without saying goodbye. I think that's what hurt the most about his passing-- not having closure. And wished he seek some help instead of dealing with it alone. With all the resources at his disposal, I certainly would in his place. "Do not go gentle in2 that good night." That was actually a somewhat reasonable statement by Prince during that phase when he seemed quite troubled and/or manic with the experience of taking on a new religion with the Witnesses. He managed to express his religious feelings in a way that somewhat inclusive like he had done much before. Remember that Prince has always spoken of the after life and it seems his heart always longed to be home with God...now he is. Not that he had a death wish, he just knew there was more to this life...eternal life...and he desired that. . "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life..." He got through it and I don't think he's complaining.

Everyone who knew him said he did a complete change for the better. | |

If (as it seems) the particulars of his particular faith kept him from seeking healthcare he should have had, he died unnecessarily early, and it shouldn't have happened.
But I always thought his speaking about faith from the stage was beautiful. They were his most sincere and heartfelt moments. He seems very open with the Japanese audience despite the lack of Christianity there. Every now and then
