Possible 4:00 edit of Controversy, anyone have this Prince/Foreigner Italian promo? Hi, . It's blatantly obvious that the "4:00" for both songs is a bunch of nonsense. There is no 4:00 version of WFAGLY either. © Bart Van Hemelen

I'd tend to agree however we know that unique edits of certain Prince songs were made by the local WB office in the Philippines or South Africa, so it's not unthinkable that someone at WB Italy may have had both songs fade at 4:00.
