Cool, thanks. I'll be in Tokyo next week. They still have a Tower Records there so I want to see if they still have their Prince shrine up. I read on here that they had one and I want to check it out.

Wow.

I had no idea.

Pretty cool.

eek cool

I stumbled on these 2 interesting links from the first link.

This one shows a P pic of the look that apparently inspired the manga artist: http://knowyourmeme.com/p...-adventure

This one's about a school to teach what are referred to as Jojo's "highly overdramatic character poses" http://knowyourmeme.com/m...jojos-pose

Hi bsprout! I was in Japan over Christmas and yes, had to make my pilgrimage to Tower Records near the Shibuya Scramble. The shrine is not there as it was over the summer and the display is a bit smaller. You'll find him in R&B on the sixth floor.

If you happen to get to Osaka, check out King Kong Records. No Prince LP vinyls (probably sold out) but lots of R&B dating back to the 50s.

Safe travels!!

Thanks, LadyLayla! I'm there for work and won't have much free time so this is good to know. Too bad I won't be able to see the shrine anymore sad I figured it wouldn't still be there. I'm still hoping to find some cool P stuff since he was so big over there. Thanks again for letting me know. I hope your son is doing great!
