Any examples of esotericism within Prince's songs, interviews, etc.?

Could I get some help finding examples of esoteric influences (ancient Egyptian themes, numerology, etc.) in the life and works of Prince? I know there is a lot of third eye symbolism in his later works and I heard of rumors of pyramids at Paisley Park, but I would like to learn more and am having a hard time finding that sort of information just floating around on the internet.

Just start googling his song lyrics. It's all through his music! "Rumors of pyramids"? There are glass pyramids on top of PP. Google image of PP. His album Love Symbol is heavy with Egyptian music.

Sorry I wasn't more clear, I meant rumors about the pyramids. I'm researching for a class project and we talked about them for one of our lessons, it was a very interesting discussion and I'm really looking to find out more smile

I don't know much about pyramids, but it always stood out for me (since that's the beliefs I was raised in) the reference to the Akashic Record in The Rainbow Children album. It's direct reference to Theosophy and possibly Anthroposophy, so I guess it counts as "esoteric" razz

I always wondered how did he incorporate those images in his Jeova Witness mindset, to the point of using it in an album which is considered kinda like a manifesto fo his faith (and that, by the way, contains clear references to Ancient Egypt, too). I think he adapted his newly found religion to his own peculiar vision of the world from the get-go. The later third eye thing didn't seem weirder than that to me.
