Actually, I do see why she didn't want these unsealed- they show that she does have a love of the lifestyle and the money, something she always downplayed- even recently on her FB post abou the 40 things about me- or whatever when she said she never wore make up- didn't know how to apply it (I'm such a down to earth real girl) meanwhile, she wants to keep the 5,000 dollar make up artist for award shows and lavish parties afterwards- and for who? herself? Did she think she was the star? This is why she comes across as shifty and shady. Firstly, I can see why MT didn't want these documents unsealed...I agree with y'all...She definitely doesn't come off as "Oh, I'm just a simple gal who isn't moved by all this celebrity stuff". I think he was quite generous with her in the marraige and she got a respectable settlement, considering that she never wrote, played nor sang a song to add to the "marital bank coffers".

But, after seeing how generous/dignified P comes off...Only one thing I can think of that would make a person react this petty and "generously stingy"...I think P was being very gentlemanly not to call her outright on it too, but I think we've most likely come to a similar conclusion.

That Oran "Juice" Jones video says it all, in my opinion...Interesting to me that it's called The Rain.

Poor P, he just didn't seem to have much luck in romance for the long haul. For that I'm sad.

You may not like Mani, but we don't know what she did for Prince when they were married. I don't think it's fair to say "She didn't do shit except spread her legs for P every once in awhile." I'm married myself, and sex is important, but there is a lot more that goes into a marriage than that.

Yes of course I was exaggerating for effect there and I'm sure she gave him some moral support and good conversation occasionally as well. But I cant think of anything she could have possibly done to deserve $43K a month, in addition to the $9 million he already gave her. That is already obscene and that should have been it.

I agree 100%. But a lot of guys are desperate to hold onto a woman or they are goofy in love. And a lot of women want someone to take care of them, financially, and then if the relationship doesn't work out, the man still has to take care of them.
