Issued by dodgy Stamp agency Stamperija from Lithuania in the name of Solomon Islands. They are the cheapest and worst agncy used by the most decrepit 3rd world nations. Stamperija issue about 50 sets of thematical crap every year for such non entities as Chad, Guinea Bissau, Sarah Leonie, Mozambica, Benin, Togo, Niger and Maldives amongst others.

The stamps are semi illegal as they sold to collectors rather than supplied to post offices.

They ahve to draw all their images because photos involve copyright, here they have made Prince look like Jimi Hendrix.

The USPS used to have a five-year post-mortem rule but dropped that requirement five+ years ago. They now even issue stamps with living celebrities for over five years.
