Going by the announcement that Prince's music is appearing on streaming sites from Feb 12 (but only Warner Bros music for the timebeing) and if we want to take advantage of the streaming availability then I think it should be a Warner release.

Since the last song Prince performed live was that month, a year ago, a mix of Diamonds and Pearls and Purple Rain, I would think those two songs would be likely candidates.

I voted for WAY BACK HOME, the msot logical choice I think.

Too bad it won't surely be on streaming for the D-DAy. But it's one of the rare tracks to be on youtube.

Too bad, again, that WB wasn't able to release PR deluxe on due time. BEAUTIFUL ONES would have been the best choice in this case

Correct me if I m wrong, but Prince's tracks have been removed from Tidal, right ? So streaming remains impossible

And the Puple rain deluxe won't be out for the 1st year anniversary of P'death. the Pr deluxe + streaming woul have made easier to conquer the charts

As far as I know, his music is currently still available on Tidal and according to recent news, Prince's WB releases are soon to become officially available for streaming from most services as off 12th February http://consequenceofsound...uary-12th/

12 february is in only 4 days, and there is still no sign of the streaming deal. So I will believe it when I see it.

I don't believe neither in the PR deluxe. It's been 3 years that I stay on my position that they can't release it, or else it would have been done long ago.

I haven't had time to translate the (French) article, but basically a 'possible' treachery of the streaming count on the official streaming websites has been revealed after a few discrepancies were detected by the Syndicat de l’édition phonographique (SNEP) in connection with the official streaming counts of certain rap and hip-hop artists.

Using a technical device on their systems, some 'services' would now offer 500,000 listens in exchange of 1,500 Euros. This would make it possible for some artists to rapidly reach the levels required to enter the charts and would then also create a dynamic (the song reaching the amount would then get more airplay).
