Quite a lot of people have said the shot puts your body throught it. I will have to do a little more reserch on it.

Narcan will make you go into withdrawal if you are using opoids.

I though he was suppose to already be in withdrawal? I keep wondering if that Narcan shoot did not send him on a downward spiral.

Not sure if the Narcan shot(s) did any harm or caused any additional health issues to him.
We can see that the narcan shot did not have an effect on Prince He was up and active right after the Moline incident...good question...not sure if the narcan caused any heath issues.

withdrawal was what we were told but does not make sense, especially when you see the facts. (Nelcp777 did a great list)

Also back to ISasha post with diabetes ...the chef mentioned he loved his sweets.

Anyone else thinking something is soundly fishy about who was in the room when Prince signed the WB deal?
Who was it that called Dr K in Cali?
Was it Phaedra?

Trying to go thru the timeline, I was reading an article on cnn:

http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/11/health/prince-last-days/

His quote about by Jon Bream about his new guitar is interesting:

"I have to leave it in the case, or I'll be tempted to play it," Prince told the crowd of a new guitar, according to Bream. "I can't play the guitar at all these days, so I can keep my mind on this (the solo piano) and get better."

Also, in the same article, there is more information on the save your prayers quote:

Michael Holz, a DJ at many of those parties, was there Saturday. Prince made a passing reference to the emergency landing, he told WCCO.
"He basically said when you hear news, give it a few days before you waste any prayers," Holz said.
Thoughts?

The "prayers" comment was made in regards to Duran Duran singing "Save a Prayer" in honor of Prince after hearing about the plane incident. Simon le Bon said it was their way of wishing him a speedy recovery.

What are the reasons a person can pass out, or become unconscious, and not wake up, besides an overdose? There must be dozens of reasons. I do not have a medical background, but like another poster said, Narcan normally could wake the dead ... Right. Sorry for that comment. But it's true. He was still breathing but he was out cold for a long time. This might sound crazy to you, but diabetes can cause a dramatic weight loss and insulin shock can lay a person out flat. I know, speculation, but ... We just don't have the facts.

A blood cloth or aneurysm also has those symptoms. The thing is, wouldn't he have been way more careful in the days that followed the Moline incident? After a scare like that, whatever the reason was for him passing out on the plane. If JH is telling the truth, not only about him passing out while eating but alsdo about his comments at the hospital (fighting to come back to life), the natural thing would have been to take extra care about himself. Hence the blood tests done, the appointment with an holistic doctor, his camp's supposed appointment with an opiate dependecy doctor, and so on.

We have no idea if he was going to use any of those drugs or if he was waiting to see what Dr. S was going to find from the test. For all we know if he had not died in the elavator he might have found out how much poisoned he had in his body and be sent straight to an emergeny room.

The big problem here is that Prince basically trusted no one. When you understand that essentially everyone was on his payroll, in one form or another - whether it be, for instance, living in a house he owned or a bandmember, it is not surprising that greed has played a big part in the estate settlement. Everyone wants his or her cut. Who wants to protect Prince's heart and soul? Those people should be working with a top-notch legal and accounting team to preserve his legacy. Two-bit hustlers (either in or outside the family) should be shown the door.

It´s all about the money. No wonder Prince trusted noone. Just read the article on the divorce papers and found out Prince represented himself. I did not know that. Just shows not only how confident he was but also that, again, he'd rather do things himself instead of relying on someone else. And that seems to have been extented to many aspects of his life...

Was it that he trusted no one, or was it that those he trusted were the wrong people to trust in the first place? When you have that kind of money, you become an instant target to those who you surround yourelf with. Even more so than strangers. In that camp, All you had to do was say "yes" and you would never get fired even if you had no experience. I always wondered why he would have so much back taxes and penalties for someting as simple as responsible accounting. Was Kirk the CPA too?

I don't know who functioned as his accountant. I know that he owed a lot of money in back taxes at one time and he went out on tour, made money and his taxes were paid. But there were past due bills of various kinds over the years according to reports; people were surprised he didn't owe a lot of money at the time of his death. I read that the group he had representing him during the Purple Rain period were an excellent team - very sharp and did well by him. But then, for some reason, he severed ties with them and went onto his crusade against WB and his repeated hiring and firing of counselors and representatives.

He did not have a lot of debt at the time of his death because he paid his bills. Also Alan Leeds and others have had bad things to say about his managment ripping him off.

You should read what his management did to Sheila E.

Yea I never figured out why he opt to pay the governement he railed against so much in back fees and penalties. How many times was he sued for breach of contract for concerts? I thought I had seen that at times too. I think he got better at managing his monry in the end.

What are you babbling about? He owed some back property taxes a few years ago and that was about it. Have you looked in the Carver County website. Lord almost 40 years of making a living and he owed back taxes once in his life big deal.

I think his troubles financially had to do with not having the proper people working for him in that regard. No one at his level should have to participate in the day-to-day financial affairs; I know Oprah once said she signed every check to keep involved in her business dealings, but she was not present for most of it. I recall that there was once an article printed about Don Imus owing back taxes; it turned out the accounting firm didn't pay a bill on time. Prince had one foreclosure action on a Minnesota property, but that was paid up promptly and the foreclosure was withdrawn. These things can happen, but someone at his level needs the best people on a continuous basis, not this one today, that one next year and on and on.

Plus this...
Two of them seem like they have psychic abilities...or at least Phaedra...to call the Cali dr and have his son come in PP with suboxone for an OD that did not happen yet. Oh yeah and arrive on a red eye and wait for a grave medical emergency
Instead of dialing 911

--He owed back property taxes and the properties were not in foreclosure as the homes would have been sold in a tax sale. This was a few years back and his other finacial problems go back to the mid 90 when WB cut off the funds. You can check all this out in the Carver County court files.

A foreclosure action can be instituted to collect a debt, but it does not automatically mean loss of the property. It is basically a warning shot to get the debtor's attention.

P didnt represent himself in the divorce.

That lowdown, no good, sleezy, azzhole of an attorney Patrick Cousins (CarlinQ) represented him during (at least part) of the divorce proceedings.

He represented himself in the Motion filed by M2 in 2010 where she claimed he did not return all items of possesion he agreed to in the divorce.
