The late 90s, that was one great period.

One of my favorite periods. When he was about as popular as crab grass, but for us fanatics he was bangin as fuck: Acknowledge Me, Good Love, Ripoff, 2Morrow, Extraordinary, just bangers. Beats the 80s in my view.

I wasn't around by that time, i was kid but he has some great songs in that decade, the very last i have discovered is Count The Days.

Good Love is from the 80s and Acknowledge Me, Ripop and Extraordinary are from 92-93, so your thesis is a bit flawed, but regardless - "beats the 80s"?? Crazy talk.

For me The Gold Experience being my overall favourite album.

Plus Chaos & Disorder, Exodus, Emancipation, Crystal Ball, Newpower Soul.

I loved the so-called plastic years from 96 to 01, every bit of it. I was in my early 20's, those records are the OST of some of the most exciting years of my life.
