• tarajiphensonI am numb!!! I remember hooking school all day to score tickets to the Purple Rain tour. The line was wrapped around the Capital Center in Maryland. After 8 hours or more and after he graciously added shows so that everyone could get a ticket, WE FINALLY GOT OUR TICKETS. I felt like I scored a golden ticket to the Willie Wonker chocolate factory. So me and best friend went I colored my hair purple because I loved him that much!!! Life is so short. Who knew that his concert I went to last week would be his last. You never know. Hold your loved ones close. Nothing should be taken for granted. @prince the best to EVER DO IT!!! #RIPPrince so grateful I got to experience your talent once more before you left this earth. 🙏🏾😞💋

I would even risk getting a beat down by my mom. I just needed to hear his voice his energy was like something I NEVER seen before. His swag. His confidence just gave me life.
