Almost forgot to tell y'all. I went to the Panto (Silly Christmas Play over here in the UK). This year it was Cinderella and every time the Prince came onstage they played the opening bars of 1999 AND THEN there was a whole medley starting with My Name Is Prince and going through several songs when they got to the Ball. The Prince wore a completely not mentioned or referenced Raspberry Beret instead of a crown. I cried, at the Panto, then just smiled like a crazy person. My friend said, 'I liked him and all, but he was just not always my cup of tea.' I broke out my phone, showed her Prince decorating my lockscreen and said 'He was not just my cup of tea, he was my whole teapot.'
