I'm currently too lazy to put a list together at the moment, but I did count up the votes so far.

Way Back Home heads the list with 9.

It's followed by 7, 3121, Anotherlove, Clouds, Space, Black Sweat, and June all on 8.

Amazingly, more than 200 different songs have been mentioned in this thread so far.

I'll need to give my own personal selection a think over.

Thanks for noting this...I was wondering what the most listed songs were. It is really amazing the diversity of songs on the list. That seems to happen all the time when these threads occur. I love that about his music. There are some songs on the lists that I would not have even considered....but I highly respect my fellow org members...so I am going to go back and spend more time with some of the songs that people have mentioned (and I'll probably end up loving some of them!!). I know I need to put a playlist togther with some of the songs mentioned!

It's frustrating how Space made the short list and it's on the album that's voted one of the worst by critics.

We are all fans of the Revolution. I was addressing people with a strong preference for that era. Nlow, I am addressing everyone.

My question..would you name 10 songs from later decades (post 80's).. that you love or strongly like?

1990's, 2000's, 2010's.

I am curious and i would somehow feel better knowing that P's work wasn't totally dismissed by his 80's fans after the 80's ended.

I mean this respectfully. I will happily make a list (not in any order) of my 30 favorite 80's prince songs to reciprocate..

I couldn't possibly come-up with a list of songs. But I value and cherish Prince's post-80's work just as much as his "classic" period.

It's so hard to pick a cluster of songs from albums that were designed to flow from start to finish. I would love to hear the entire Rainbow Children album without the voiceover (and/or with a female voice replacing the deep voice).

I can't narrow it down...

I've been lurking even harder since That Day. And I've seen even MORE lunacy than I did when he was alive, so I just fall back and enjoy the show. I do, however find these threads easy to participate in, and it kinda helps too. So I'll play...

90's
1. Billy Jack Bitch
2. Joy In Repetition
3. Don't Play Me
4. The Morning Papers
5. The Question Of U
6. Thieves In The Temple
7. Pink Cashmere
8. Had U
9. Somebody's Somebody
10. Willing And Able

00's
1. If Eye Was The Man In U'r Life
2. 3121
3. Black Sweat
4. Fury
5. Somewhere Here On Earth
6. Reflection
7. Feel Good, Feel Better, Feel Wonderful
8. F.U.N.K.
9. Dance 4 Me
10. The Everlasting Now

10's
1. Sticky Like Glue
2. Compassion
3. Breakdown
4. Clouds
5. Baltimore
6. Everybody Loves Me
7. FunkNRoll (RMX)
8. Fallinlove2nite
9. Lavaux
10. Beginning Endlessly

The 10's, if I'm being honest, had me struggling to finish that particular list. Hence the majority of those songs are from "20Ten".
