the only reasons I would be interested in another greatest hits package would be:

- original singles versions, esp the onces that haven't been released on cd/digital (not the album versions of Alphabet St etc.)

- hits that are missing from earlier compilations (batman, tmbgitw etc)

- new material that is also released as a single to promote that album (no "Pope" tracks that don't belong on a Greatest Hits)

It's not a bad idea. I mean, not every single soul around him at the time of this album or that needs to be part of the process for something. But, those that were close engineers or whoever at particular times could prove to be very valuable in a mastering or mixing process. The same can be said of possibly certain band members.
