I have had several dreams about Prince since he passed. Last night was a very strange one. Dick Clark was in my dream and I was telling him how much I used to love watching "American Bandstand" (AB), and how I would not miss that show for the world. Then, I began to cry and I said "I miss Prince", and Dick Clark just looked at me with sadness in his eyes.

It was at the venue I wanted and its perfect. Its a beautiful summer evening, the venue is right on the Detroit river with this large outdoor patio area. Now we have whats called the 'River walk' which goes all the way down the river in downtown and the venue sits right above that so people were stopped on the river walk partying as well, enjoying the music, people riding by in their boats are stopping and turning off their engines and joining in on the awesome prince celebration and its almost sunset and purple rain is next on the playlist. As the song comes on, all the lighting in the venue goes purple and everyone, inside and out starts singing. Someone outside on the riverwalk notices the sky changing. Again, its sunset and u know how it can be really beautiful colors. At the beginning of the song, the clouds were a real pretty pink with little purple swooshes thru them with the sky kinda yellowish orange, but as the song goes on the purple in the clouds becomes the full color of the clouds but with a light around them, almost like a halo and the sky is now pink in the background. Theres this one big cloud in the middle that is like 3 different shades of purple. Everybody starts freaking out( but in a good way) everyones like OMG!! He's listening, he's here!!! So the 350 ppl in the party, and another 150 or so outside of the party are singing purple rain at the top of our lungs and the cloud in the middle keeps getting bigger and bigger. When the song is almost over and it gets to the part with violins and cellos, the clouds start to break a bit, then this kind of warm sorta breeze goes thru the entire crowd, inside and outside and was accompanied by the smell of the best smelling mens cologne EVER. Even the people on their boats felt it and smelled it. The warmth and smell lasted all of 3 seconds and it was gone. The purple clouds were gone as well. Nobody could believe it. We all experienced the exact same thing and it was easy to conclude by everyone that Prince came to party and said hello. I started crying and then i woke up. What makes this so crazy, 2 days later, Im driving and I look in my rearview mirror and the sky behind me was almost exactly like my dream! I almost had an accident. I couldn't stop looking in my rearview because it was the most beautiful thing with a multi purple cloud in the middle no less. I got off the freeway so i could take a picture of it or something and just like the dream, it was gone just like that. I was TRIPPIN !!! Hadnt told anyone about my dream cuz everyone thinks im crazy anyway when it comes to him, so when i got home, i just told my daughter about how beautiful the sky was and the colors, and my grandson casually walked by and said "maybe that was Prince" I was done after that. I needed an adult beverage 🌈

Well, I can't call it a dream really, seemed almost like a vision....he was in my bedroom, I woke from a sound sleep and saw him standing at the end of the bed on my husband's side, and I sensed he was looking at us. That was about a week and a half ago, I wasn't at all scared and closed my eyes to go back to sleep, but my husband was like So my husband told me that two nights ago he was wide awake but with his eyes closed....and that he felt a hand and a slight, but gentle, tug on his left forearm. I wasn't in bed yet and he is convinced it was Prince Neither of us sense that this is a bad thing, but we've told our daughter about it....just in case something happens with her, we don't want her to be scared. And for anyone wondering, we have a security system that is set every single night so no one else could have come in here pranking us.

I am in a long white hallway, waiting in a long line to see Prince. Finally, I come to the top of the line and it's my turn. I enter this room, and there's nothing in it except a big overstuffed chair. I walk around the chair and there is Prince, sitting cross legged on the floor, under a tent made with a blanket. He says nothing but motions me to sit. So I sit opposite him. He is exquisite, his beautiful self, that we all know, except somehow more so. (I saw him in real life three times in concert but never met him.) He looks in my eyes, and I look in his. We say nothing. He gently reaches up and touches my face, and I do the same. I touch his cheek lightly. There is the barest hint of a smile there. I feel peaceful and serene, totally calm. No fan girl craziness that would surely have happened if I had been experiencing this in every day life. We simply look at each other.

I felt so at peace when I woke up. I knew that he'd tried to communicate with me for real. I feel very honored at this. I think the long line in the long hallway means that he's trying to communicate with others like me, fans. I think he didn't speak, he didn't need to, he just wanted to calm my heart, which has been so full of grief over his death. I've loved Prince since I first saw him on the 1999 tour, but I never was a superfan. But when he passed, it felt like a member of my family had gone, a dear friend, someone I really treasured. Like there is a room in my heart that has a vacuum in it now that nothing can fill.

I was so glad to have this experience. I want to know if any of you have had any dreams or otherwise messages from him. I also felt like he was with me shopping one day. I found myself looking at clothing in a thrift store, and I said, "Prince, is there anything here you would buy?" And I found a white and black blouse with swirls all in it, something that would totally be his style.

What a sweet dream! I hope to have a Prince-dream as vivid as yours.

On the morning of June 7th, I dreamt I was watching a TV program. Prince was playing his guitar and smiling.

I've had a bunch since early May and journaled all of them. The last one was 8/31. I dreamed that Prince and I were walking around what looked like a warehouse. Rehearsal studio, maybe? The floors were concrete. He was talking to someone about a contract and I was happy for him but sad because I knew that meant he was leaving. He sits back, crosses his legs and puts his hands on his knees like 'Oh I didn't know I was dining with such royalty.' I tired of the starter and said “Let's get outta here.” I got the ticket and I paid. $29 for a glass of wine(that he didn't touch)! “Prince your killing me ova he” in my best Italian boss voice. He laughed. I said “What do you wanna do?” as we got up out of our chairs. “I want Cap N Crunch!” he said. “Then Cap N' Crunch you shall have, my Captain.” I said as I saluted him. I remember leaving and stiffing the waitress, laughing all the way out the door.

We drove to a convenient store in my car – only has cassette (he laughs at me about this all the time) – and I got out. I told him “Wait here. Don't get into any trouble.” He waved at me to go and the dream faded.

This is indicative of what all my dreams are with Prince. We are doing everyday, friend activities. And every dream is happy and funny. They are my favorite dreams to have.

Well this is super weird - I read this post AFTER I had the dream. I had NO IDEA that he ate/liked Cap N Crunch. Bizarre.

In the song Raspberry Beret, didn't he refer to himself as a cloud or group of clouds?

I believe Prince did say Hello to you with that multi purple cloud while you were driving.

The other night I had a dream about P. It was more so in the morning before I woke up. So, I saw him at a bbq and he was standing outside. I was inside of a house but it didn't look like mine..it was some randome house I've never seen before. I was getting ready for work and had my uniform on. For some strange reason I was holding a mini watermelon in my hand, as I was telling some random woman in my house to give it to my mom along with $40 as I hurried to talk to P. As soon as I went outside, I saw him from afar talking to this very unattractive woman (I won't give details because I don't want to offend anyone). I didn't care, I walked up to him and started talking to him. The women saw me and she backed away and said to P "Okay I guess I'll talk to you later?" ..P didn't even notice her when he saw me. We both couldn't take our eyes off of each other and he looked so intense. He had a smirk on his face..I was smiling so big and he started to smile. I started talking to him very sexy while I continued to look into his eyes intensely and passionately gave him a kiss. It was a tender kiss, it wasn't anyting sexual or over the top. It was one big innocent kiss. I saw that he was smiling and I told him that I loved how he looked in his GB era. He didn't look like today's P...it was the GB P in my dream with the famous goatee connected with his sideburns and long hair pulled back in a ponytail. I then continued to run my hand over his abs..he felt so good and his shirt was open..he continued staring at me. I don't remember him speaking..he was quiet but his face said it all. When I woke up..I couldn't stop thinking about him. It made me happy to see P in my dream...even just for that moment of mind pleasure.

I had a dream with Prince in it this week.

A group of people were playing basketball and they were crowded very closely together. People had serious looks on their faces. There was a tension about them that was there. Then I saw Prince in my dream, in the middle of the crowd, but he was smiling, happy and enjoying himself. He was fine and happy, however those in the crowd around them were not. There was such a dicotomy in the way Prince looked as he was just having fun playing the game compared to those around him.

It was a nice dream that I am thankful to have had.

I had another dream about Prince last night and this one was a pleasant one. The last one I had was kinda sad. I was dancing and Prince was there, dancing too. He was so sweet and I was talking to him and he was smiling and giggling and we were having such a wonderful time. I was teasing him and touching his hair, and he was acting kinda shy and laughing. His hair was SO soft and he had a cute outfit on. It was just the sweetest dream!!

"Jocelynn" .

UPDATE 10/24/16: It just occurred to me that "Joshua Welton" (producer) was working with Prince recently. Now, I'm starting to think that maybe the name "Jocelynn", "Johnson", etc. could easily sound like "Joshua"!

I can't help but think that Prince was trying to send me an important message, so I feel it is my duty to share it here. I believe that the deceased can communicate with us in our dreams.
