Love 2 The 9's is actually in my top 3 Prince songs of all time any given time. His falsetto in the very end is the best falsetto during the age of Pop/R&B during 80's & 90's. I've even done a thread about the song before.

This was the album that really got me into Prince. I know the segues are a bit silly and we can do without Tony M on Love 2 The 9's but it's still flawless to me.

All of them! No, seriously. ALL OF THEM! It's one of those fine albums of his that I just put on and let play all the way through to the end.

The album that took me from casual fan to obsessed.

I love every track on this album. So eclectic. Perfect flow.

If I was forced to choose, it would be 7.

This album made me give up on Prince for a while. I like most of the singles now (except "My Name Is Prince"), but that's about it. "Sexy MF" is my favorite.

There are a bunch of songs I like on that album but Tony M . the silly segues and the questionable lyrics of songs such as The Morning Papers and I Wanna Melt With U make it a bit difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Still love those songs though....just don´t like the lyrics that much due to their content.

One of my fav cd's. I love every song! I guess if I had to choose one it would be 2 the 9's, but really, the entire cd rocks!! 7 is an awesome song too.

Same here! I never really gave it a lot of love over the years. Now I listen to it constantly, I love it. My top 3 favs on this album are Love 2 the 9's, 7, and The Morning Papers.

This is my favorite Prince album so it's hard to pick as I love it all the way through for the most part but I think 'I Wanna Melt With U'.

Ask me tomorrow and it might be 'The Max' or 'Love 2 The 9's'...

It was my first album, from the point of view of being a fan and buying the new album. Diamonds and Pearls was current when I became one, but it had been released in the weeks before I was a Prince fan, meaning when it came out I could not have cared less, but the time of Love Symobol it was like "Oh that is Prince's new shit, I have got to get that, because it has the Sexy MF song on it".
