Selling Paisley Park rip off

The people that supposedly manage the Park are trying to get the right to sell it for measly $7 million - I cant think real estate is that cheap in MN - this is a full production facility of 60K square feet. This is what I feared: people who dont deserve it being able to call the shots with what Prince has left behind. This has happened to black musicians throughout history and Prince definitely didn't want to end up being exploited. How can it be sold right out from under the family? I never underestimate the treachery of "these" kind of people when it comes to African American music legends.

--- Bremer is not selling Paisley Park and if you look on the Carver County tax site you can find out how much the properties were assessed for by the county tax office. In the end the building will need maintenance and property taxes need to be paid. The family needs to make it economically viable or in the end they will have to sell it. Better to sell it than to lose it to property taxes. Give Breamer and the family time to find a use for the facility.
