Does anyone know when this interview took place? Is there a clip anywhere? Looks interesting

Here you go.

It was March 22, 2004. I figured it had to be around that time in general because he looks very Musicology-ish. It's not listed on Prince Tour History because it was only an interview, not a performance. However, the owner of PTH told me today they are working on an interview list for PrinceVault.
