Ok so when Prince was working with Bria was around the time I stopped following him closely so orgers please get me up to speed. What is the concensous, were they a couple or was he just a mentor to her? If they were a couple I find that kinda surprising because she kinda goes against his type in a way (yes she is tan/dark hair but also tall, looks like she has breast implants, older than alot of his other girlfriends) but I do think she is pretty though. Also did her album have that "Prince" sound, can she sing, would you recomend the album? Thanks.

I honestly haven't sat through her whole album, but I really like her duet with Prince, Elixer, on that album.

It's kind of amazing b/c she's pretty, but for the legion of women he's had, she's kinda meh Her face is kinda large, like Klay Thompson with a sex change... I appreciate his willingness to climb though!! But they don't look amazing together (he's prettier)

From the happy smile on his face and the cooler wardrobe, maybe this was a physical relationship. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who enjoyed the Elixer album... and definitely like the only one that preferred it out of the LotusFlow3r/MPLSound 3-pack, ha.

But it's really good. Most of it has a very loose jazzy and breezy feel to it. I wouldn't say characteristic of the usual "Prince sound" but he did everything on it... that's why I like it. Normally his work for others just sounds like his own, I think this was the first time it sounded like its own thing... some different sounds but mostly jazz-tinged pop & R&B.

He also sounded like he was exploring some territory I hadn't heard him do before. Like look-up "Everytime," which had a video.. Gorgeous almost bossa nova ballad with swelling Clare Fisher strings. I always say it, but if he put that out with himself singing it would be all over people's Top 10 lists.

I dig it too. It's a great album to smash pelvises to.

Hubby and I enjoyed our dinner outside tonight with Elixer in the background. Not a favorite but I still enjoy it

I thought Prince and Bria were lovely together. She has a nice voice. Prince produced her album but it was not really promoted, for some reason. I read that she married a JW from their church. I think Prince was wth her for a short time (after Manuela).

Yep, no bout a doubt it. I think he bathed her often too, but she might have been too large for a bathtub. This song makes it sound like he made her take plenty of showers. I think she mentions the word shower 3 or 4 times...lol

Prince probably got a special bathtub fitted for her. A giant purple one with gold taps and ..well..

She's attractive, but I think Prince were picking women that looked similar to Vanity as if he's never gotten over her, it appears.
