I'm just digging into the unreleased tracks, so I'll spare everyone my run-down of what's on the B-sides... but I will note, it's unreal how many amazing tracks are unreleased. I get it - Extraloveable sounds more like Controversy than 1999, but I would kill to write and record something as good as all those 1982 bootlegs. Incredible era.

Do people consider Power Fantastic less of a Prince tune because of it's sort of a Wendy/Lisa song? Just curious as it doesn't seem to be that wildly loved

My understanding is that Wendy & Lisa essentially wrote the music and maybe the vocal melody, and then Prince later put his own lyrics and, no doubt, his own unique touches, onto it.
