Someone a while ago posted an interesting link about the "1999" cover. The "lion's mane", The Rude Boy shoulder pins and the eyes from "Controversy"...It made it look like the cover was explaining the past and present while getting ready for the future...pretty cool stuff.

Yeah, it's not really news. The dick was the first thing I noticed. But...that could be for other reasons.
