Sam's March 9, 1981 soundboard? Just read the below blog

And it mentions this:
This week on the Local Show, we’ll be hearing the soundboard recordings of that First Avenue show, including a performance of “When You Were Mine".
Is this true? Does anybody have more info about the exact date/time of broadcast? |

Wow that would be pretty huge if true, hope this happens. Incidentally I only just learnt from that article that Sam's is the same venue as First Avenue, only before it changed its name, I feel slightly foolish now Heavenly wine and roses seems to whisper to me when you smile...

Afaik only When You Were Mine was broadcast, but it was from this show http://www.princevault.co...March_1982 not the 1981 gig. | |
