Every morning since his death, I have awoken with a different song of his rolling around in my head. This morning it was "The Cross." I've been listening to Hit-n-Run Phase One for the last two days, though. It's crazy, but even though I have kept up with all his work throughout the years, you all keep reminding me of classics I have forgotten. I hope the world will always appreciate how prolific he was. Was...dammit. Was. I can't believe that we are even thinking of him in the past tense. The is the first day I haven't had a moment of tears. 😢 "I gave my love, I gave my life, I gave my body and mind..." - P
