What exact period were the unreleased 80's albums recorded or slated for potential release?

Does anyone know for sure when "Camille" and "Dream Factory" or any other 80's unreleased albums were supposed to come out? Was "Camille" 1986? 1987? Before Sign O The Times? When? How about Dream Factory? others? Thanks!
