It's different for the fans surely, whereas they knew him, grew up with him, near enough lifelong friends. Us fans only know the music and the live performances. Morris and others already acquainted with the younger Prince photos, we're not. The world's problems like climate change can only be solved through strategic long-term thinking, not expediency. In other words all the govts. need sacking!
If you can add value to someone's life then why not. Especially if it colors their days... | |

Yep, it's a different thing for them. Probably effects their existence. We are safe here, we only have the music. They have music and much much more that is connected to Prince.
On the other hand they probably have more memories they can cherish and they are not looking for weird answers like we do. LOL
Morris appears very genuine. He is very concerned about P's legacy. Plus they were school friends. Andre and him, they were like brothers.

I'm loving that new(?) picture of Morris & Prince in the studio at the soundboard back in the early 80s. Or, should I say, Morris & Jamie Starr, because as soon as I saw that pic (in one of the mags?) and saw the caption credit Morris & Prince I said, "Nope. That's not Prince, that's Jamie Starr!" The chin hair and cigarette give it away... Not dead, not in prison, still funkin'... |
