I know this is posted on another thread but they need to do something about ebay and the merchandise they are selling . In general the shirts they are selling tons of them .

Yes. One would think that people profitting from counterfiet goods would be a bigger problem than fans freely sharing digital files. One would think...

There is nothing inherently illegal about the shirts, there is nothing they can do about that.

If a shirt is using a copyrighted image, the holder of that copyright can go after that specific shirt, that's all.
