Prince's music should be taught in every universities' music department!

THAT'S right I said it! nod

The answer to the question echoed from the Cream music video, Prince Rogers Nelson was/is our modern-day Wolfgang Amadus Mozart AND Ludwig van Beethoven. I dare to say Prince was/is our modern-day Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, AND Miles Davis.

Just like they teach classical and jazz in most universities' music departments, I dare the say that the music of Prince should be taught in them as well.

Who agrees with me? cool

Oh you're definitely right.

Muscianship class should be based on Prince.

As well as courses about music legalities and the business side of things.

At my school we have a class on MJ, one on Elvis, two on the Beatles, and one on women who rock. I would happily sign up for a Prince class!

Personally, I think they will be studying the motifs of sex and God in Prince's music for hundreds of years into the future.
