So when do the new Prince shirts come out ? On Prince's website you can preorder the 2 new shirts but it doesn't say when they will be released or shipped out .I think the shirts have been available for preorder for a month now and I was thinking about getting a few shirts for family of mine as Christmas presents There's Joy in repetition | |

He may release these shirts around the time that the Purple Rain remaster comes out,lolI hope this isn't another crystal ball type deal .I've read on here numerous times that people preordered crystal ball from a prince site back in the day but never received their CD.is that a online joke or did people really get ripped off ? When you ordered did it take payment immediately? If not maybe when payment is taken that would indicate that Tony and TC Have rapped it (see what I did?) and shipped it. Comin str8 outta Preston... |

That's rubbish.
The Crystall Ball campaign was awesome and there were no problems at all.
I got the 5 disc set and it even came with a t-shirt as a surprise.

That's your singular experience. For others like myself- there was the poor service of the 'operators' hired for 1-800-new-funk who were rude and uninformed, and the huge delay in shipping the order. I have specific memories of the rudeness. The BBB had quite a list of complaints toward 1-800-new-funk; I do know it was available online once to see- maybe still is. | |

I think the main problem with CB is that it felt like it took forever to get it. I had zero problems with my order, in fact the lady on the phone was incredibly kind. The only problem I had with my order is that I was moving around a lot at them time & missed the package. Had to chase down a few post offices before I finally found it. |

I preordered Crystal Ball and never received it. I called to cancel after the set was available at Best Buy and was rudely asked why I'd cancel now. I asked why I would bother to continue to wait and that was off-script enough for the NPG operator to have no response.
