What do you think about Hypnoparadise? I like it. it's ..eh.. hypnotic. If you haven't listened to it in a while, it's up on Tidal. Good sound quality too.

Such a fun track! It really stands out as sounding nothing like his other output from the period. It almost sounds like a mixture of the Parade sound with Graffiti Bridge almost. I'm glad newer fans are finally getting to hear these!

I mean it's happy, catchy, dynamic, cute lyrics, cool melody, that whole Princey atmosphere...

And at the same time, like most of Prince's attempt at emulating electronica/house, it sounds a bit clumsy and corny.

But fuck yeah I love it

It does have that 'je ne se quoi' that make Prince music attractive.

Both Slaughterhouse and Chocolate Invasion deserves new listeners. Maybe they sounded a bit dated when they came out, but that's less of an issue ten years after.
