If Prince really recorded an album with Jay-Z, I gotta give Prince major props for making this move. Jay-Z is a heavyweight in music and business and this will cause a tidal wave of press attention (no pun intended)

So either:

* Prince worded it too vaguely for people to properly understand.

* People were to dumb to understand that working with Jay-Z = releasing an album on Tidal.

* He only did 1 song with Jay-Z (which was played)

* He did a whole album with Jay-Z (some of it was played)

My God. Wasn't there at least 1 person who could tell us if he played multiple songs ALL featuring Jay-Z?

And more importantly: did he sample Beyonce's ass?

I like Jay-Z okay, but pleeeease not an entire album with him. It's crap like these guessing games that makes me miss the days when Prince was at WB. At least then his output was consistently good to very good, dependable, and professionally marketed and distributed.

A Prince track featuring Jay Z would be awesome if done correctly

Now if Prince done it properly he would release that as a single before the album dropped but as we know he doesnt do the norm
