I sure haven't forgotten it. One of his best albums in my opinion.

Of all time.

This album has never been forgotten.

It's stunning and beautiful.

His version of A Case of U is exceptional.

In fact all of the songs are fantastic.

I really liked this period and tour.

These albums wouldn't be "forgotten" if he would just release them by traditional methods.

Most of his catalog is destined to be "forgotten", and that's a crime. But that's his choice.

Quiet album, quiet release meant for his closest followers. Quite a gift.

I Have Not Forgotten..This album is in my top 10. I have always yearned for a Prince album that is predominantly piano based. This album is so wonderfully constructed and raw. It feels as if you were sitting right next to him just absorbing the moment of him and his piano. It's so sacred and special.

I like this album! I liked when he went into his indie phase circa 2000-2003

Yep. P makes it hard for new people to get into his music by making so much of it unavailable.

Don't want to piss on anyone's parade but I only like about 2 songs. I really like A Case Of You (gorgeous!) and Avalanche was good too, although I have heard some live versions that were much better to my ears.

It's a very good album, but not nearly as good as it could have been. You could take 10 piano ballads off other Prince albums and blow it away.

The piano album who forgot? I listen to it all the time.

This is exactly why I don't like it. He could have done much better. Same goes for The Truth, both ending up as very boring albums in my opinion.

For some reason, I received two copies of it.

I gave the second copy to someone at work, sealed.

About the album, it's too quiet for me. I like a piano song here and there on an album. I like Prince albums for the range of feelings they have, carnal, social, funky, romantic, rocking, funky, reflective, jazzy, anthem... etc. This album doesn't do it for me, but I get that those are who are more mellow value it.

Because you do not know how to go to an online retailer and purchase it. His music is only going to be forgotten by people who do not want to pay for it.

Yup!

Or a few piano medleys from live shows for that matter.

ONA is, in my not-even-a-little-bit humble opinion, is his most disappointing album ever.

Not dead, not in prison, still funkin'...

I don't think it was great, but it was very good. Compared to overrated stuff like Sometimes It Snows In April.

What songs from the Prince catalog would you
adds to ONA to make it a fuller album?
I've felt Lets Have a Baby from Emancipation blended
in seamlessly while nothing from The Truth worked.
