Sounds great, nice appetizer for the new album! Hoping this gets a 7" release with a nice B-side.

Sounds amatuer.. Production / engineering is cringeworthy. Standard for Prince these days.

DAAAAAMN. lol I think it's dope as fuck
Even Bob George-voice makes an appearance (although I think it sounds more like from The Rainbow Children and Gold Standard)

I'm loving this joint! DAMN, if this joint is released a single to clubs and radio this might chart. Hearing Prince sing first verse in lower register and the light percussion and slap bass over Prince's soloing on the Habibi guitar makes this a joint that deserves commercial release. This sounds like it was partly based on "I'd Rather Be With You" by Bootsy Collins. Replace the Star bass with the Habibi and it's like Prince channeled Bootsy circa 1976. I will say it would be hilarious if a DJ blended "Party All The Time" by Eddie Murphy after Prince sings "She likes to party".This joint deserves commercial release. Haven't heard Prince this nasty on record in years. PrincTe perfectly blended his electro-funk he is known for with the sound 3RDEYEGIRL has been recording and playing for 2 years. These lyrics are good innuendo and his vocal performance is top notch.

Didn't we have a "best screams" list lately? This should be on it! He screams his lungs out, tears the guitar apart. Nasty old Prince is back! Unfortunately, Prince the songwriter isn't. It's as if, after a great beginning, he doesn't know how to end the track (I can't call it a "song") so he just makes a lot of noise. Still, it put a smile on my face. biggrin

You mean like every other Prince album from 1980 - 1990? wink

Some people are just hard to please. I like this a lot.

I'm loving it more with each listen. It reminds me of a mix of "Annie Christian" and "Something in the Water" with the ambient vibe of "Way Back Home." It's trippy and fierce.

I like it. It's simple and straight forward, but plenty of conviction.

This is a great track. I like the guitar high in the mix. I like that Prince is pushing his voice. It's very expressive. Sounds very difference to recent tracks. We need a longer version while a great guitar solo at the end! Go Prince! Keep doing what you do... for you!
