I think you'll find that photois certainly not from SOTT (the song), since Matt Bliss can be seen in the background blowing his trumpet. It's probably Play In The Sunshine.

You're right- That was from the MTV Music Awards where he performed "Sign O The Times" & "Play in the Sunshine".
