Never heard that Wendy was invoved on Kiss. What do you consider the first half of the solo? The chicken grease? The solo on Waterfall sound nothing like the solo on Kiss. And Wendy's playinbg on the Parade tour isn't impressive at all. Miko does all the cool stuff. There's a reason he was brought on board. Wendy coudn't keep up.

Wendy gets credit for half of everything great before 1986 for some reason

I still say Xogenous is the most overlooked solo because it is straight jazz and on the Xpectation album

Oh well, you're probably right. I guess we'll never know what "Produced, Composed, Arranged & Performed by Prince and The Revolution" really means.

I like to think that Wendy & Lisa contributions were more than just exposing him to classical music or other influences.

Go ahead and think it - but it just isnt so. Hell, on the topic of guitar solos, Dez Dickerson was probably the best influence from a collaborator/associate/band member.
